Service contract between Laundry Cafe and the consumer
The contracting parties on the one hand LAUNDRY CAFE. and on the other THE CONSUMER, accept the following stipulations that are indicated below:
CONSUMER OBLIGATIONS 1. Collect and / or receive the garments at the agreed date and time. 2. Verify that they are the same ones that you delivered. 3. Verify that the service was satisfactory. 4. Pay the agreed price in cash and in Colombian legal currency. 5. Do not make partial withdrawals of garments. 6) Pay for storage 1% after thirty (30) days on the value of the service for each day that elapses and in no case may exceed the value of the service. 7. If ninety (90) days pass without the consumer picking up their clothes, garments will be considered abandoned by their owner and LAUNDRY CAFE is free to do what it deems appropriate as a donation to a non-profit entity . 8. In case of not presenting the service ticket, THE CONSUMER must at the scheduled date and time show an official identification, proof of address, sign of received copy of the service order and the book that the laundry has for that purpose. . 9. Accept the stipulations indicated in this service order upon receipt and when delivering the garments for the corresponding process. 10. Do not demand money returns to LAUNDRY CAFE.
RESPONSIBILITY OF LAUNDRY CAFE: 1. Correct deficiencies and repair garments in case of partial deterioration due to causes attributable to them, within a period of no more than thirty (30) days without extra charge or any cost to THE CONSUMER. The guarantee is limited to the quality of the service. 2. In case of partial deterioration or loss except for reasons of major force, indemnify THE CONSUMER for up to a maximum of ten (10) times the cost of the service agreed for the pledge with a maximum of two (2) SMLV. 3. Deliver the garments on the date and time agreed upon in the service order except for reasons of mayor force.
EXCLUSION OF LAUNDRY CAFE’S RESPONSIBILITY. Does not answer for: 1. For the objects and / or values forgotten in the garments. 2. For any damage that the garment may suffer if it does not have washing instructions or is erroneous. 3. For the deterioration of fillings, interlinings and hidden parts in the garment. 4. For the state of cleanliness that the garments keep after thirty (30) days from the agreed date for its delivery. 5. It does not respond for any type of curtains or garments that by their nature are exposed to the sun or enviroment. 6. It is not obliged to eliminate stains that by their nature are insoluble. 7. It will not respond for stains not perceived at sight at the time of receipt of the garment that arose during the washing process such as residues of perfumes, acids, deodorants, exudation, etc. 8. In the case of an exclusively ironing service, no obligation is made to restore the original appearance of the garment in terms of texture and / or size. 9. LAUNDRY CAFÉ does not respond for the damage or loss of buttons, buckles, accessories and ornaments of any kind, besides it does not respond for the variations that take place in the color of the garment by virtue of the washing process as a result of the type of texture of skins, fabrics and colors. 10. Does not respond for claims made once the garments leave LAUNDRY CAFE.
CAUSES OF TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT: 1. That the consumer, before he has begun the process, notifies LAUNDRY CAFÉ that he does not want to use the service. 2. That LAUNDRY CAFÉ detects that the garment or its accessories could be damaged. In these cases there will be no compensation for any of the parties.
