A) All-in-one laundry (one load) From 1 to 20 pounds of clothing

Load is washed in cold water, dried, folded, and packaged.
Since the clothing is washed together, please make sure none of the garments bleed or release color.

Included in this service is clothing typical of daily use (underwear, socks, jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, shirts, shorts, pants, bathing suits).
Bed covers, blankets, shoes, suits, delicate garments or garments that require special treatment or dry cleaning, etc. are not included in this service.

  • We do not provide ironing or stain removal service.
  • The company is not responsible for any damage derived from not taking the recommendations into account.

 

B) Separate laundry (light and dark colors separately, two loads)
From 1 to 25 pounds of laundry maximum between two loads.

Load is washed in cold water, dried, folded, and packaged. Please make sure none of the garments bleed or release color.

Please separate white and colored garments prior to dropping off. You can use a bag of any type for white or light garments and place it inside the bag with the rest of the clothes.
Only two washing and drying loads will be done. Remember – the total amount of laundry must not exceed the capacity of the bag provided to you (20 pounds maximum between the two bags).

Double (1.40 X 1.90 Mts) or Queen (1.60 X 1.90 Mts) bedspread with two pillowcases.
Please make sure bedspread can be washed in a washer and dried in a dryer. Bedspreads cannot be washed in water if the padding is made of feathers (check the instructions on the label before requesting the service).
